• Turkish law will be applied in the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement; Karşıyaka courthouse will be authorized.
• In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the parties shall ensure that the books and records and computer records (e-mail correspondence, internet traffic information and access records[log] and similar) belonging to ERZE PLASTİK ÇEMBER SAN.VE TİC.AŞ are valid within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. They accept, declare and undertake that they will constitute binding, conclusive and exclusive evidence and that this article is in the nature of the Evidence Contract.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any article of this Agreement will not invalidate other articles of this Agreement.

• The Parties’ failure to exercise their rights arising from this Agreement, partially or completely, or to act contrary to them, shall in no way mean that they have waived these rights.
• Notification Addresses The address provided by the User on the website www.erzecember.com is considered the legal address for any notification to be made regarding this contract. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current addresses within 3 (three) days, they accept that the notifications to the old addresses will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them. Due to this agreement, any notification made by the user on the  www.erzecember.com website using the registered e-mail address is valid, and 1 (one) ) will be deemed to have reached the User after one day. The user has read and understood all of the articles in this participation agreement,
